At Flag Home Inspection, your inspection is performed by Jon Offner, a Certified Master Inspector (CMI) with extensive experience in residential construction and environmental testing. As one of the most qualified inspectors in Northern Arizona, Jon holds advanced certifications in home inspection, radon measurement and sewer scoping. The CMI designation reflects Jon’s commitment to ongoing education, excellence, and professionalism in the field. Mold assessment, asbestos testing, lead-based paint evaluation, and water analysis are provided by James Biddle NAHAS (Northern Arizona Health and Safety LLC). James is Board-Certified in the comprehensive practice of Industrial Hygiene
and Safety by the American Board for Global EHS Credentialing (formerly American
